Food and movement patterns, stress, sleep habits, and social connection form the foundation of health coaching with an understanding that true wellness touches every facet of your life.

 

We look at each dimension of wellness to understand the challenges and set goals, as well as to identify which areas are strong and can provide support for your desired changes.

 

Achieving wellness, you will enjoy strength and balance across all dimensions of your life.

As a health coach, I  know that...

  • There’s more to feeling good than fad diets and unsustainable exercise regimens.

  • When something is off with your body, it can affect every area of your life.

  • You can transform your life with one small change at a time.

If you are ready to move forward, you can begin with a focus on getting relief as soon as possible so your life feels more manageable. Then you can build on that to make changes over time in any area of your life that feels out of balance. We will consider potential short-term and long-term strategies for getting you healthy and well, and you will decide the way forward that is best for you.

 

For example,

  • If you come in overwhelmed and fatigued, we may focus on improving your sleep and building your energy so you have the physical reserves to work through the overwhelm.

  • If you are feeling anxious and using food in part to quell the anxiety, we may focus on ways to find and maintain calm so that it's easier to work through the food challenges.

Sometimes feels like climbing a mountain. I am here as your guide to help you plan your route and make sure you have all the tools and equipment you need for a successful summit. We will reconnect you with your true desires when you feel like giving up, and help you adjust course when the situation demands it.

Though the journey is uniquely yours, I walk alongside you as a solid support because there’s a gap between what you know you need to do to be healthy, and the intrinsic motivation, habits, and strategies needed to actually make and sustain those changes. We partner together so your dreams can become your reality.
